China Heatpress VS USA Heatpress in Southeast Asia
Asia Apparel Pte Ltd being the leader in
heat transfer printing in Southeast Asia has done many
test and research on Heatpress on China Press and Press made in USA.
Why some people go for china press and why some go for USA press such as hotronix?
Number 1 reason for printers that bought china heatpress is the cost factor.
However they did not understand that even heat distribution, durability and efficiency
should be the number 1 factor to consider.
Currently our factories only use quality heatpress such as hotronix.
Why? As we did some testing previously.
5 China Press was tested by printing at rate of only a puny amount 100pcs of garment a day
per heat press.
Results: Overheating and irregular temperature after 1 hour of non-stop pressing.
Uneven heat distributions will led to easy peeling of transfer after washing...
After 5mths, all the machines has overheated and is not economical to repair.
Press made in USA however, printing at a rate of 300pcs a day by some of our customers, we
have not technical issue that we heard from them even for up to 2-3 years for some.
That is one of the reason most company only offer maximum 3mths warranty to china press
but most will offer 1 year warranty and lifetime warranty for hotronix or other usa presses.
